Last weekend, VIZ Media announced a new addition to its Shonen Jump line: Kouhei Horikoshi's Sensei no Barrage, or Barrage, as VIZ is calling the English edition. The plot, which focuses on a boy who's destined to be the savior of a doomed planet, sounds standard-issue. What's notable is the timing of the release: Barrage made its Japanese debut on May 21st, and will make its English-language debut on June 4th, just two weeks later.
